The amount of water a person needs depends on weather conditions, health conditions, strength and length of the exercise.

It's extremely important to get enough to drink during the summer months, especially if you're playing sports, doing exercise or travelling. When the temperature rises we sweat more often, so it’s important that we replace the fluids lost.
